Renewing Your Membership
Please find below the three (3) forms and policies that must be read in full in order to renew your membership for 2009. Please print all three (3) forms and complete all details necessary. Then come along to the "Membership Renewal Day" on the 14th February, 2009 and have your membership renewed by the Committee. Payments can only be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

3. LIABILITY, WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FORM AND PARTICIPANTS FORM
All memberships must first be passed by the Management Committee before you can ride or do anything with or at the club. Your membership card will be given to you as soon as PCAQ has filed your membership, the MGDH&PC has no control over when you will receive it!
All previous members are reminded payment must be made BEFORE you can ride in a muster or represent MGDH&PC. Free trial musters are ONLY available to new members!
MGDH&PC Memberships costs are....
Full Riding Membership is $100 (PCAQ insurance incl.) The 2nd Full Riding Membership in the family is $50 (PCAQ insurance Incl.) and so on!
Riding memberships consist of
Adult 18 years and over or Junior 17 years and under.
Social Membership (non-riding) $20
Club Service Levy $100 (per family)
Key Deposit $20
( A typical family membership of 2 riders (children) and 2 parents would consist of 1st full riding membership = $100, 2nd full riding membership = $50, 2 x social memberships (parents) = $20 x 2 = $40, Club Service Levy (per family) = $100, Key Deposit = $20, TOTAL = $100 + $50 + $40 + $100 + $20 = $310 )

Pony Club Competitions, Gymkhanas, Events etc usually start in March of every year whilst individual Pony Clubs start their first Musters in February. All Events end usually in November of every year.
