The Committee considers Agistment at MGDH&PC grounds a privilege.
All Agisters are bound by MGDH&PC By-Laws, Constitution, Agistment Agreements, Agistment Policies and PCAQ rules, insurances and regulations etc at all times whether at a muster/event or at any other time. It is a must that Agisters are familiar with all rulings and insurances which can be viewed on this website on pages "Rules/Bylaws" and "Forms and Secretarial." The MGDH&PC takes no responsiblity under any circumstances for the failure of an Agister to take advantage of this information.
All queries or complaints must be lodged in writing form only and submitted to the Committee.
All monthly Agistment fees must be paid for promptly by the 1st Sunday of each month.

Agistment Capping on the number of horses at the MGDH&PC grounds is at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee only and will occur due to drought, management matters, grounds preservation etc. Currently the agisted horse numbers have been capped at 20 horses until further notice.
