Meetings

The Management Committee is made up of the President, Vice President, Chief Instructor (Vice President), Treasurer, Secretary, Publicity Officer and Canteen Co-Ordinator they may hold a closed meeting at their discretion at anytime.  Usually MGDH&PC will hold a monthly meeting every 3rd Wednesday of the month with all Committee Members in attendance but this may vary.  Other club meetings are usually Annual General Meetings or Special General Meetings where all club members are expected to attend.

Mount Gravatt District Horse and Pony Club Inc. have been Incorporated since the 5th December, 1987.  IA: 03572 

Pony Club Competitions, Gymkhanas, Events etc usually start in March of every year whilst individual Pony Clubs start their first Musters in February.  All Events end usually in November of every year.
